France - Adventure Trips

When it comes to school trips, France is a firm favourite and Acorn has been organsing school trips here for nearly four decades. We have four adventure centres in France; two in Northern France, one in the Dordogne region and our ever popular Ardeche Adventure, in the South of France.

If you are looking for a French adventure within easy reach of the UK, then our Opal Coast Adventure, just 25 minutes from the port of Calais is an ideal choice. Here you can enjoy a range of lake water sports, land based activities and a trip to Nausicaa Sealife centre.

A little further afield, but still within easy reach is our Normandy Adventure, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to all the major attractions Normandy has to offer. Here you can enjoy water sports, landbased activities and a whole host of trips from D-Day Landing beaches to a Goats Cheese Farm.

Our Dordogne Adventure is ideal for those wanting to travel a bit further down into France and perhaps visit Disneyland Paris too. Here you can enjoy an exciting water sports and land based activity programme with BBQ nights and excellent sports facilities for free time.

For the creme de la creme, it's worth travelling that bit further to our Ardeche Adventure centre in the South of France featuring infamous two day canoe journey down the Ardeche River! Our large centre in this magnificient region also features a swimming pool.

Whichever French trip you choose for your school, you'll find an excellent choice of activities, a rich sense of French culture and locations that have been chosen to make the most of the beautiful local outdoor environments.
